About your order
All prices include 1 custom logo embroidery or imprint. Additional logo locations are available, please request a custom quote. All set-up charges are also included. UPS Ground Freight anywhere in the Continental U.S. is FREE. Some items cannot or do not include embroidery.
Please note your style name or number, color and sizes before filling out the Order Form. All apparel conforms with general U.S. sizing and scales. Custom printed and/or embroidered items all have minimum quantity restrictions. We cannot sell any item in quantities less than the stated minimum. Blank items are available.
Payment is expected upon order confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and can only be ship to address listed with credit card company as the billing address.
About ordering
However you decide to contact us please take note of Brand Name, Style Name, Color and Sizes. Once we receive your order information one of our Customer Service Reps will contact you to discuss all of the details of your order. For security reasons please DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFO in your e-mail or on the Order Form. We will take that info once the order is confirmed and will send you a credit card Authorization Form.
About embroidery or custom logo imprint
Our price includes embroidery of 1 custom logo (max 7,000 stitches) on the front chest area or sleeve. Logo's in excess of 7,000 stitches are billed at an additional $.50 per 1,000 stitches. Additional logos can be embroidered at $3.00 per logo (max 7,000 stitches). Non Apparel items are usually silkscreened, embossed or embroidered. Silkscreened or embossed items are limited to the imprint area of each item. Prices include one custom logo on Non Apparel items. Additional logos may be available.
Our Customer Service Reps will fully review all details of your custom order and discuss any additional prices if applicable before beginning your order or charging your credit card.
Please e-mail your logo in Camera Ready Art (saved as .EPS format, .BMP, .JPG and .TIF can also be sent) to info@platinumpremiums.com. You will receive a proof for approval before production begins.
About general terms/conditions and shipping

- We guarantee the quality and condition of every delivered item
- Custom orders ship within 3 weeks of order confirmation
- Out of stock merchandise will not be back ordered
- All merchandise is shipped FREE of charge anywhere within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground. Expedited freight service is available at the prevailing rate.
- California customers will be charged 8.25% state sales tax when shipping address is in California.
